I’ve followed this online faction for many years. Back in 2015, the leader of this group was a committed anarcho-capitalist. After encountering the work of radical libertarian thinker Hans Herman Hoppe, author of “Democracy: The God That Failed: The Economics and Politics of Monarchy, Democracy, and Natural Order”, they began to drift towards much more authoritarian ideas.
Today, the group’s ideology could more accurately be described as an accelerationist doomsday cult. They produce memes, videos and propaganda featuring cute TikTokers juxtaposed with horrific acts of political violence. While the libertarian to Alt-Right pipeline is a relatively well understood phenomena, this group takes it many steps further. From their perspective, conservatism and nationalism are unsatisfactory types of reform. Their proposed solution is to accelerate all political conflicts in order to stoke violent revolution and allow a new society to rise from the ashes.
Over the past few years they have been repeatedly deplatformed from Instagram and other services. Today, they are primarily organized across a handful of Telegram channels. But every few months they crop up and make a new series of accounts on open social media. This cyclical process seems to repeat with a rotating community of several hundred to several thousand followers across various platforms.
As always, the opinions included in this interview do not represent my own views. I disavow all forms of political violence. This is an on-going research project in which I present emergent Gen Z online political developments in their unfiltered and sometimes distasteful forms.
The subsequent interviews in this series may become increasingly radical. To limit the reach of this material, I’ve chosen to paywall some of the forthcoming installments to prevent further opportunities for context collapse. Sometimes the internet works better in small groups.

How would you describe your politics or ideology?
Ideology is dead, I only work to collapse the current system so a new one can rise from the old’s ashes
Who are your biggest influences?
Ted Kacynski, Nick Land, James Mason
When did you first learn about or start visiting online political communities?
Around 2016, but I've been politically active offline
What was your ideology before entering these spaces?
Or how have your views evolved since you started participating?
Beforehand I was a general neoliberal, but became a Marxist-Leninist in 2016, and began floating around the political spectrum ever since. I’ve been an anarchist, fascist, communist etc. Late 2018 is when I abandoned ideology in favour of anti-Systemic thought
What changes do you think we are likely to see in the next 10 years?
A sharp increase in partisan violence, economic collapse, 2nd American Civil War, maybe total collapse of the western world in the late 20s. Just general strife
