Conservative ideology is a multi-layered thing. Nationalism, fascism, or right-wing populism may all surge alongside economic downturns and increased pressures on the middle class. Traditionalism is something unique and different. It draws on a deep-seated magical thinking and imbues irrational hierarchies with a spiritual purpose. I cant imagine enlisting in a war to protect the honor of my king and country. But I’ve talked to a lot of people on the internet who certainly would.

I’m a pan-Constitutional Monarchist. I believe all nations should have a mostly ceremonial, semi-powerful King, Queen, or Emperor to provide a moral figurehead and symbol of inspiration to the common people, as well as already-established elected officials, and Parliament, and a Prime Minister and so on. I’m also a traditionalist. The crucial preservation of a nation’s identity, culture and way of life is not the worshipping of ashes, but rather, the preservation of fire.
Who are your biggest influences?
Friedrich Nietzsche is a personal favourite. His works revolve around classic nihilism, a belief that life in its purest sense, is meaningless. It is up to the individual to seek out and blossom their own individual sense of purpose within their life. A political figure i could look up to is King George V of the British Empire. He took the throne of a young man in an era of widespread unrest, conflict and chaos across the gigantic empire, and did an admirable job of guiding Britain through the storm. He made deals and prevented war crimes with Irish rebels, he brokered terms with the Central Powers and Indian nationalists, etc.
When did you first learn about or start visiting online political communities?
I first started visiting political communities when I was about 13 years old
What was your ideology before entering these spaces? Or how have your views evolved since you started participating?
My views evolved around the guidelines of the 4 stages of the right-wing. I’m currently at stage 4
What changes do you think we are likely to see in the next 10 years?
Anyone who confidently tells you what will happen in the future politically is a fool. With the onset of the incredible ease and manipulation of information, growing waves of unrest and calm, and new generations of humans with entirely new perspectives on the world, in my opinion, this is the most unpredictable time global politics-wise in human history.
What changes do you think we are likely to see in the next 40 years?
Ironically, the distant future is far easier to speculate on the the near future. The one thing I can say for certain that will happen is the rise of the 2nd and 3rd world. With the recovery from European colonialism, poorer nations like China, Nigeria and India will harness their vast populations and natural resources and grow at an astounding rate, similar to the founding of the early British Empire.
What changes do you want to see in the next 10 years?
As a religious traditionalist, I of course, wish to see a return to the theocratic traditionalism that built my nation. Traditional gender roles that have largely fallen out of practice, such as child-rearer and housewife, should have an emphasis placed upon them. I wish to see an end to the neoliberal progressivism that I believe has proven a social and moral catastrophe for my faith, my people, and my country. Children should be taught the old virtues of Chastity, maturity, life discipline, abstention from substances such as drugs, and other related traits that have been proven successful at raising new generations of worthy humans
