For Gen Z, its safe to say that the libertarian movement is dead on arrival. Forty years of neoliberalism has done a lot to discredit the ideology of free markets and privatization. I’ve written about this in a few essays over the years. For young “free-thinker” types, the market failures of american life did not lead them toward a larger structural critique of private ownership and waged labor. Instead, these young conservatives seek to limit the complexities of state and economy by withdrawing into isolationism.

i guess im a right winger, i dont like the concept of ideology, i think it just divides, i supported trump in 2016. i support Tulsi Gabbard now. i think my main concern is non interventionism…
Who are your biggest influences?
ill try to stick with more "intellectual" people, however pretentious that sounds. I'd say my first "influence" was probably Ayn Rand. I started reading her in 2016 in high school. also read a lot of libertarians like Milton Friedman, Hayek etc.. i was also into John Locke for awhile. I took a little detour and read some enemies like chomsky, he makes some decent points lol.

What changes do you want to see in the next 40 years?
i really would like to see gen z in power, i think thats a slight bit of hope lol
What tools, technologies or tactics are most important to achieve this?
